Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior written authorization from PoolsAboveGround.com. Returned shipments not having prior approval will be refused. A 20% restocking charge can be applied against any credit issued for salable merchandise, based on condition of merchandise. All goods must be returned freight pre-paid within 60 days after receipt of shipment. Return authorization number must appear on all cartons.
All cancelled orders prior to shipment will incur a 6% cancellation charge. Refusal of Shipment after sale will be subject to inbound and outbound freight charges to your credit card plus restocking fee of 25%.
