pool installtion

I disassembled an upground (12'/21' oval) pool and relocated it to an alternate location. Prior to putting it back up. Can I use the same liner or will I have to purchase a new one.

You must buy a new liner when draining a pool for more than a day. The reason is that once emptied of water the liner shrinks. Not to mention the fact that it has holes cut in it now and they are hard to line up again. It can be done, but not worth it. Usually the liner will burst open once refilled with water. This makes once big mess. And you will still need a new liner. Don't do it.

We have to replace our above ground pool liner. We have the sand in and level and are ready to install the liner. Never done it before. Been all over on-line and read everything. Do we stretch the liner our in the grass on a sunny day then with many people place it on top of the rails not allowing the liner to touch the sand then clip it and add a little water at a time?
OR
Do we put the liner still rolled up into the middle of the pool/sand and unroll it there then drape it over the rails and begin to fill?
