My pool is green. Very green. Whats the fastest way make my pool clear and swim-able?

For an above ground pool I would probably drain it down leaving about a foot of water to ensure the liner stays in place and does not shrink. Then refill the pool with clean water. Clean the filter real good, brush the walls and bottom. Then add chlorine and keep up with the filter system until you have removed the remainder of the algae.

Draining the pool down without a bottom drain in your pool may best be done with a sump pump from a rental outlet. Cheap to rent and very effective. simply drop the pump in the water and position the hose to drain away from the pool and it will drain the water in a couple of hours.

Well there are a few things that can make your pool green. I have an Intex AG Pool and they have a good FAQ questions section. Maybe it will help. Intex FAQ

What are good home exercises to help in swimming? I recently got into swimming. I was wondering, when I'm home, what some good exercises are that can help improve my swimming speed and stamina.

Draining the pool and refilling with clean water will definitely help, but in order to prevent future problems I would recommend an automatic pool cleaner. My favorite is the Dolphin Pool Cleaner or similar as they work automatically while you are at work or sleeping and when you are ready to use the pool it is clear and clean.
