Items may be returned within fourteen days of receipt of delivery. Credit will be issued upon return of item(s) subject to the following terms: You must contact us via email requesting an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. This number is necessary for our warehouse team to know what has been returned and who is returning it. No item will be accepted for return without the RGA number and RGA#s are valid for 30 days from issue. Return shipping costs are solely the customer’s responsibility. Items for return must be unused and in their original packaging.
All returned items must be presentable for resale and all manuals and warranty cards intact. Items with damaged, torn or wet packaging will be refused. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned above ground pools. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all return shipping costs. We cannot accept the return of robotic pool cleaners, chemicals, pool lights and pool heaters. All special order items are not returnable.
Steps To Easy Product Return
1) First contact us by email to obtain the required RGA number. Please provide original order name, order number and item(s) being returned. A return RGA number will be emailed back within 2 days.
2) Follow the return instructions in the RGA email to ensure prompt return and credit. This email will contain all necessary details like ship to location and any other specifics to make the return as easy as possible.
3) Once item(s) are checked back into inventory, proper credit will be issued in the form of check, credit card refund or PayPal refund within 10 days of return.
